Official Rules

Goldsby Gaming Center is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Goldsby Gaming Center is giving away over $3,600 in cash in the months of October, November, and December 2023 during the “$3,600 Seasonal Winnings” promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D and must be a Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club card member, with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during the promotional activity; employees of Goldsby Gaming Center; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies; regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Beginning at 8:00am Sunday, October 1st, 2023, through 11:30pm on Saturday, December 30th, 2023, patrons who have earned at least 150 points during the promotional timeframes below will be eligible to participate in the drawing A total of $600 in the denominations of (1) $300, (1) $200, and (1) $100 will be given away. Drawings will be performed at 11:30pm on the last Saturday of each timeframe.
- 8:00am Sunday, October 1^st, 2023, through 11:30pm Saturday, October 14^th,
- 8:00am Sunday, October 15^th, 2023, through 11:30pm Saturday, October 28^th,
- 8:00am Sunday, October 29^th, 2023, through 11:30pm Saturday, November 11^th,
- 8:00am Sunday, November 12^th, 2023, through 11:30pm Saturday, November 25^th,
- 8:00am Sunday, November 26^th, 2023, through 11:30pm Saturday, December 9^th,
- 8:00am Sunday, December 17th, 2023, through 11:30pm Saturday, December 30th, 2023.
- Three (3) winners will be selected. Patrons must be present to win, winners will be announced and given three (3) minutes to respond. However, if an announced winner does not respond within the allotted time a new winner will be drawn.
- Patrons may only win one (1) prize on each aforementioned drawing dates.
- Only patrons who have earned 150 points during the aforementioned time period will be eligible for the prize drawings.
- Goldsby Gaming Center’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) must accept the prize. If for any reason a winner does not accept a prize, a new winner will be drawn.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/ or a 1099 tax form, when applicable provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. The winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/ or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and the forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/ or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
