On each Saturday in October through December, a total of $600 in cash will be given away at 11:30pm each Saturday to the top 3 patrons who earn the most points from 8:00am to 11:29pm that Saturday. See official rules for more details.

Official Rules

Goldsby Gaming Center is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Goldsby Gaming Center is giving away a total of $600 in cash every Saturday in the months of October 2024 through December 2024 during the “Holiday Happiness Points Race” points race promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D and must be a Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club card member, with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during the promotional activity; employees of Goldsby Gaming Center; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies; regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Starting at 8:00am to 11:29pm each Saturday October through December 2024, all Patrons who have a Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club card will be eligible to participate in our Saturday’s points race in the following ways:
- Patrons can receive points by properly inserting their Goldsby players club card into and playing any electronic machine. Points will not carry over to the next promotional date.
- To be eligible to win, Patrons are responsible for removing and reinserting their Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club card at 11:29pm, from any electronic gaming device, to ensure that all their points are added to the drawing.
On each Saturday October through December 2024, a total of $600 in cash will be given away at 11:30pm each Saturday to the top 3 patrons who earn the most points from 8:00am to 11:29pm that Saturday.
- The top three (3) winners will be chosen at 11:30pm each Saturday.
- The top patron with the most earned points is first place and will receive $300 in cash, the second patron with the most earned points is second place and will receive $200 in cash, and the third patron with the most earned points is third place and will receive $100 in cash.
- Patrons may only win one (1) prize on each aforementioned drawing date.
- Patrons must be present to win. Winner(s) will be announced and given three (3) minutes to respond. However, if the announced winner does not respond within the allotted time Goldsby’s promotions team will convert to the random card in sweepstakes and proceed with doing hotseats until all 3 winners show.
- Prizes will be claimed at the Goldsby Gaming Center Promotional Booth located in the main lobby.
- Goldsby Gaming Center’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) must accept prize. If, for any reason a winner does not accept a prize, a new winner will be chosen.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/ or a 1099 tax form, when applicable provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/ or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/ or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
