Starting at 8 AM Tuesday, September 1, through 12 PM Saturday, September 26, Goldsby Gaming Center card holders can participate in a Point Race to win their share of up to $5,000 in Cash by playing on all electronic machine manufactured by AGS (American Gaming Systems).

The top 10 patrons with the most points will be announced on Saturday, September 26, at 5 PM.

1st place will win $1,000 in Cash
2nd place will win $800 in Cash
3rd place will win $700 in Cash
4th place through 6th place will win $500 in Cash
7th place through 10th place will win $250 in Cash

Official Rules

Goldsby Gaming Center is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Goldsby Gaming Center is giving away up to $5,000 in Cash in the month of September 2026, during our “Race to Riches” Points Race promotion that is presented by AGS (American Gaming Systems).
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D and must be a Goldsby Players Club Card member, with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during the promotional activity; employees of Goldsby Gaming Center; employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Starting at 8:00am Tuesday, September 1, 2026, through 12:00pm Saturday, September 26, 2026, Goldsby Gaming Center card holders can participate in a Point Race to win their share of up to $5,000 in Cash by playing on all electronic machine manufactured by AGS (American Gaming Systems).
- The top ten (10) patrons with the most points will be announced on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 5pm.
- First (1^st) place will win $1,000 in Cash
- Second (2^nd) place will win $800 in Cash
- Third (3^rd) place will win $700 in Cash
- Fourth (4^th) place through sixth (6^th) place will win $500 in Cash
- Seventh (7^th) place through tenth (10^th) place will win $250 in Cash
- Patron does not have to be present to win. Winners will be contacted via phone. Once contacted, the winning Patron(s) have 24 hours to claim their prizes and have until 11:59pm on Sunday, September 27, 2026, to pick up and redeem their prize.
Goldsby Gaming Center casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form and/or 1042s tax form, when applicable, provided by Chickasaw Nation.
Player’s club benefits are exclusive to the account holder. Cards may only be used by the patron listed on the account to track play and earn points. Misuse or improper play, as determined by casino management, may result in loss of points, offers, and membership privileges, and could result in exclusion from Chickasaw Nation casinos.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prizes are released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
