Official Rules

Goldsby Gaming Center is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Goldsby Gaming Center is giving away up to $12,000 in cash during or “Holiday Heist” Points Race Promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D and must be a Goldsby Players Club Card member, with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during the promotional activity; employees of Goldsby Gaming Center; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Starting 8:00am November 16, 2025, through 12:00pm December 13, 2025, Goldsby Gaming Center card holders can participate in a Point Race to win their share of up to $12,000 in Cash.
1. The top 37 patrons with the most points will be announced on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
2. First (1^st) place will win $2,500 in Cash, second (2^nd) place will win $2,000 in Cash, third (3^rd) place will win $1,000 in Cash, forth (4^th) place will win $800 in Cash, fifth (5^th) place will win $500 in Cash, sixth (6^th) place through tenth (10^th) place will win $250 in Cash, eleventh (11^th) place through twentieth (20^th) place will win $200 in Cash, twenty first (21^st) place through thirtieth (30^th) place will win $125 in Cash, and thirty first(31^st) place through thirty seventh (37^th) place will win $100 in Cash
3. Patron does not have to be present to win. Winners will be contacted via phone. Once contacted, the winning Patron(s) have 24 hours to claim their prizes and have until 11:59pm on Monday, December 15, 2025, to pick up and redeem their prize.
4. If for any reason a winning patron dose not claim their prize or declines, an additional winner will not be chosen.
Goldsby Gaming Center casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, and/or 1042s tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prizes will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
