Every Sunday – Thursday in May, earn points on your Players Club card to participate in our Make it Rain in May points race. The top 25 players will be named on Friday, May 30, to earn a share of $15K in cash.

Official Rules

Goldsby Gaming Center is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Goldsby Gaming Center is giving away $15,000 in cash for our “Make it Rain in May” Points Race in May 2025.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D and must be a Goldsby Gaming Card member, with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during the promotional activity; employees of Goldsby Gaming Casino; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies; regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
All active GCG, EVERI, AGS Patrons with a Goldsby Gaming Center Players Club Card will be eligible to participate in our points race drawing each Sunday through Thursday in May 2025 in the following ways:
- All patrons must have a valid Goldsby Gaming Center Players Club Card and must make sure that it is inserted into a GCG, EVERI, or AGS electronic machine to earn points into the points race.
- Patrons can earn points during the following time frames:
  - 8a.m. Sunday, May 4^th through 11:59p.m. Thursday, May 8^th, 2025.
  - 8a.m. Sunday, May 11^th through 11:59p.m. Thursday, May 15^th, 2025.
  - 8a.m. Sunday, May 18^th through 11:59p.m. Thursday, May 22^nd, 2025.
  - 8a.m. Sunday, May 25^th through 11:59p.m. Thursday, May 29^th, 2025.
On Friday May 30^th, 2025 the top twenty-five (25) Goldsby Gaming Center Players Club Card holders who earned the most total points from the aforementioned timeframes, will be called at approximately 9am to receive the prize amounts listed below.
- Cash prize amounts are as follows:
  - 1st $2,500
  - 2nd $2,000
  - 3rd $1,500
  - 4th – 10th $500
  - 11th – 20th $400
  - 21st -25th $300
- In the event of a tie, the top position with default to the patron who earned the points on the earliest date.
- Patron does not have to be present to win. Winners will be contacted via phone and will have 24 hours to claim their prize. Once patron claims their prizes Via phone call, winner than will have 48 hours to pick up their prizes at Goldsby Gaming Center.
- If the winner dose not claim their prizes in the allotted time, no new winner will be drawn and the prizes will go forfeited.
Goldsby Gaming Casino’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any prize dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies, and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
