Earn points to win a share of $5,000 in cash

From October 1–30, Player’s Club members with a valid email on file can earn points on eligible games to compete in a points race. Winners will be announced October 31, with $1,500 awarded for first place, $1,250 for second, and $750 each for third through fifth. No need to be present—winners will be contacted by phone and must claim prizes within 24 hours. See official rules for more details.

Official Rules

Goldsby Gaming Center is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Goldsby Gaming Center is giving away $5,000 in cash in the month of October 2025, during our “Scary Good Wins” Promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D. and must be a Goldsby Gaming Center Players Card member, with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of Goldsby Gaming Center; employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Starting 8:00am October 1, 2025, through 11:59pm October 30, 2025, patrons that have a valid email on their account before October 1, 2025, will be eligible to participate in a points race to win their share of $5,000 in cash.
- Winners will be announced and contacted at 5:00pm on October 31, 2025, via phone.
- First (1^st) place will win $1,500 in cash, second (2^nd) place will win $1,250 in cash, and third through fifth (3^rd – 5^th) place will win $750 in cash.
- Patron does not have to be present to win. Winners will be contacted via phone. Once contacted, the winning Patron(s) have 24 hours to claim their prizes and have until 11:59pm on Sunday November 2, 2025, to pick up and redeem their prize.
- Patrons may only win one (1) cash prize on the drawing date.
- Patrons may only earn their points on EVERI, AGS, DELTA, and GCG manufactured games.
Goldsby Gaming Center’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) must accept prize. If, for any reason a winner does not accept a prize, a new winner will be drawn.
Winner(s) is responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prizes will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
