Beginning Sunday, September 29th, 2024, at 8:00am through 11:00pm on Saturday, October 26^th, 2024, all Patrons who have a Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club card will be eligible to earn entries for drawings. See official rules for more details.

Official Rules

Goldsby Gaming Center is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Goldsby Gaming Center is giving away $6,000 in cash in the month of October 2024 during the “Wicked Winnings” promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D and must be a Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club card member, with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during the promotional activity; employees of Goldsby Gaming Center; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies; regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Beginning Sunday, September 29th, 2024, at 8:00am through 11:00pm on Saturday, October 26^th, 2024, all Patrons who have a Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club card will be eligible to earn entries for drawings in the following ways:
- Patrons will receive one (1) entry for every three (3) points earned on their Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club card. Partial entries will not carry over once drawings begin.
- Patrons will earn entries at 5X the rate on Sundays beginning September 29th, 2024, through October 20th, 2024.
- Patrons will earn entries at 3X the rate on Mondays beginning September 30th^, 2024, through October 21st 2024.
- New Members will receive five (5) entries into the drawings by signing up for a Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club card.
- Patrons are responsible for activating their entries by properly inserting and removing their Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club card into any electronic gaming device within thirty (30) minutes of each drawing time. Patrons must activate their entries prior to being eligible to win.
On Saturdays beginning October 5^th through October 26^th, 2024, a total of $1,500 in cash will be given away in preliminary drawings in the denominations of (8) $150 from 7:00pm to 10:30pm.
- One (1) winner will be chosen every thirty (30) minutes.
- Patrons may only win one (1) preliminary prize on each aforementioned drawing date.
- All patrons will be eligible for the grand prize drawings.
- Patrons must be present to win. Winner(s) will be announced and given three (3) minutes to respond. However, if the announced winner does not respond within the allotted time a new winner will not be drawn.
- Prizes will be claimed at the Goldsby Gaming Center Promotional Booth located in the main lobby.
- All unclaimed prize amounts will be added to the Grand Prize amount each Saturday.
- Goldsby Gaming Center’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
On Saturdays beginning October 5^th through October 26^th, 2024, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected at 11:00pm to receive $300 in cash plus any unclaimed cash from preliminary drawings.
- All patrons will be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawings
- Patrons may only win one (1) Grand Prize on each aforementioned drawing date.
- Patrons must be present to win. Winner(s) will be announced and given three (3) minutes to respond. However, if the announced winner does not respond within the allotted time a new winner will be drawn.
- Prizes will be claimed at the Goldsby Gaming Center Promotional Booth located in the main lobby.
- Goldsby Gaming Center’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) must accept prize. If, for any reason a winner does not accept a prize, a new winner will be drawn.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/ or a 1099 tax form, when applicable provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/ or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/ or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
