Official Rules

Goldsby Gaming Center is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Goldsby Gaming Center is giving away a featured gift items in November for the “Win Big & Earn More” Promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D. and must be a Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club Card member, with complete and accurate account information, to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of Goldsby Gaming Center; employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Every Sunday through Thursday starting 8:00am Thursday, November 2, 2025, through 11:59pm Thursday, November 27, 2025, each week patrons can earn 300 points with their Goldsby Gaming Center Player’s Club Card on any electronic machines and will qualify to receive the featured gift for that week, while supplies last.
Week 1: patrons can earn 300 points from 8:00am Sunday, November 2 through 11:59pm Thursday, November 6, 2025, to receive one (1) Carlos Santana Solar Portable Power Bank.
1. Patrons must redeem their gift from 8:00am Friday, November 7 through 11:59pm Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Players Club desk.
2. Patrons must earn their points during the qualifying time periods.
3. Limit of one (1) gift per patron per qualifying period. While supplies last.
4. Limit of fifty (50) Carlos Santana Solar Portable Power Bank’s (valued at $15.00) may be awarded during a promotional period.
Week 2: patrons can earn 300 points from 8:00am Sunday, November 9 through 11:59pm Thursday, November 13, 2025, to receive one (1) Sonido Waterproof High Power Speaker.
1. Patrons must redeem their gift from 8:00am Friday, November 14 through 11:59pm Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Players Club desk.
2. Patrons must earn their points during the qualifying time periods.
3. Limit of one (1) gift per patron per qualifying period. While supplies last.
4. Limit of fifty (50) Sonido Waterproof High-Power Speaker’s (valued at $13.95) may be awarded during a promotional period.
Week 3: patrons can earn 300 points from 8:00am Sunday, November 16 through 11:59pm Thursday, November 20, 2025, to receive one (1) Brookstone Digital Alarm Clock w/ Wireless Charging.
1. Patrons must redeem their gift from 8:00am Friday, November 21 through 11:59pm Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Players Club desk.
2. Patrons must earn their points during the qualifying time periods.
3. Limit of one (1) gift per patron per qualifying period. While supplies last.
4. Limit of fifty (50) Brookstone Digital Alarm Clock’s (valued at $15.00) may be awarded during a promotional period.
Week 4: patrons can earn 300 points from 8:00am Sunday, November 23 through 11:59pm Thursday, November 27, 2025, to receive one (1) Brookstone Portable Cordless Vacuum.
1. Patrons must redeem their gift from 8:00am Friday, November 28 through 11:59pm Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the Players Club desk.
2. Patrons must earn their points during the qualifying time periods.
3. Limit of one (1) gift per patron per qualifying period. While supplies last.
4. Limit of fifty (50) Brookstone Portable Corless Vacuum’s (valued at $15.00) may be awarded during a promotional period.
Goldsby Gaming Center’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each winner.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winners must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
